La biscuiterie de Provence in Saint Maurice sur Eygues

For 6 generations, the passion for local produce has been passed down from father to son in the Bédouin family. One day in 1833, in Visan, in the heart of Provence's Enclave des Papes region, Joseph Bédouin began trading in local produce: almonds, apricot pits, cherry stems... Subsequent generations developed a passion for almonds. Whole, powdered, slivered or crushed, almonds delighted the bakers, confectioners, ice-cream makers and nougat makers of Provence.

Today, Biscuiterie de Provence is an expert in healthy, gourmet cookies for everyone's enjoyment, offering a wide range of savory, sweet, gluten-free and organic products.
